- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'm not sure why the prior reviewer had such a tough time with First American Title in Juneau. I would like to convey my personal experience from several different transactions. Each transfer of property went smoothly with the utmost professionalism. Colleen Sullivan is a true pleasure to work with on all levels. She is smart, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. I doubt she is equaled by many in her field of expertise. She was a big help on 2 transactions she did for us that were For Sale By Owner.
